I think that #ObserveMe can foster growth, but ONLY if meaningful feedback is provided. I also think that the observer should be open to learning as well. However, chaos is chaos so you can’t call disorder a “difference in procedures” #OklaEd

– Asking Ts/As to focus on specific things (with the sign outside the door), helps them to hone in on those specific things and not other parts of the lesson.

The best thing about #observeme is that it isn't a canned eval. I feel like formal evaluations are too easy to "fake." I want real feedback on a normal day when I don't necessarily know someone is coming. #oklaed
